Our cell-cultured seafood is made directly from fish cells 1. Our products are made from an initial sample sourced from a desired fish species. We source a variety of cell types from the initial sample.. 2. We allow the cells to multiply just as they would in nature by feeding them a mixture of nutrients, such as amino acids, salts, sugars, and vitamins. 3. Next, the cells are concentrated and formed into a seafood portion using processes that are utilized in the food industry. 4. The result is a product with the same sensory qualities and nutritional value of the traditional seafood products we all enjoy.
